WHO WE ARE AND WHY WE LOVE WHAT
WE DO SO MUCH!
We are a community of passionate potters who love to create and inspire.
Welcome to Samford Potters Collective, a vibrant community of passionate potters dedicated to creativity, inspiration, and connection. Our custom-built pottery studio, established in 2021, is set amidst 5 peaceful acres in Samford, offering a serene environment where creativity can truly thrive. From the moment you arrive, our friendly studio manager, Koko, a lovable Labradoodle, will greet you warmly when you arrive and our resident horses are always happy to pose for photos and love a friendly pat!
Our pottery studio is thoughtfully designed to be clean, fresh, and welcoming, creating a space where you can feel both relaxed and inspired. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced potter, we aim to ensure every visit leaves you feeling recharged, connected, and inspired.
At Samford Potters Collective, we believe that pottery is more than just working with clay—it's about building community, fostering relaxation, and spreading joy. We hope you leave each session energized, not only by your creations but by the supportive community we've cultivated.
Our Team.
Meet the team behind Samford Potters Collective, a studio founded by two passionate ceramic enthusiasts with a shared vision: to create the ideal pottery space that embodies all the best aspects of the studios they had experienced in the past. They wanted to go beyond just providing a workspace by fostering a sense of community, trust, and mindfulness, while also designing a beautiful, welcoming studio that feels like home.
Our founders were driven by the desire to create a pottery studio that offers more than just tools and clay—it’s a place where creativity flourishes, connections are made, and everyone feels comfortable and supported. With years of experience and a deep love for pottery, they built Samford Potters Collective to inspire, connect, and bring joy to every potter who walks through the door.
